Meet Our Team
Margot DiNicola
Office Manager
Margot recently joined our team in early 2020. She has previous experience as a dental assistant and attended Fortis College studying Dental Assisting. She graduated valedictorian over all diploma programs.
Margot grew up on the East Coast and has now made Utah her home. She enjoys yoga, camping, fishing, cooking, and having fun with her boyfriend and cute little girl.

Angela Cox
Assistant Office Manager
Angela has been a part of our 3G Family Dentistry team since 2015. She has worked in the dental field for over 23 years. She has worked as a dental assistant, front office manager, and insurance specialist.
Angela enjoys volleyball, hiking, swimming, and spending time with her family. Over the years, Angela has volunteered her time at the SL Donated Dental Clinic. She also helps adults with special needs through the North Star Program.
Jennifer Bowen, RDH, BSDH
Dental Hygienist
Dr. Sperry feels honored to be able to work with his sister! Jen has worked for the practice for over 20 years! She started as an assistant to her father, Dr. Steve Sperry, and after she graduated from dental hygiene school in 2007 from Weber State University she became one of Dr. Sperry’s hygienists.
Jen enjoys biking, boating, and the beach. She and her husband have three beautiful children.
Tessa Nelson, RDH
Dental Hygienist
Tessa has been working as a dental hygienist since 2014 and has worked for Dr. Sperry since 2015. She grew up in Arizona and received her dental hygiene degree from Carrington College. Dentistry is in Tessa’s family! Her brother, who is a dentist, inspired her to become a hygienist, and Tessa’s husband is also currently attending dental school.
Tessa and her husband have two cute little girls along with a couple of Shih Tzu dogs. She enjoys hiking, camping, reading, baking, and spending time with her family.
Lindsey Scarber, RDH, BSDH
Dental Hygienist
Lindsey has been a part of our team since 2017. She has had 16 years of experience as a dental hygienist and received her BS in Dental Hygiene in 2004 from Northern Arizona University.
Lindsey and her husband have nine beautiful children and are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They are currently co-presidents of a West Valley City Neighborhood Watch. Lindsey enjoys getting to know her neighbors as well as going on walks and bike rides with her kids.
Jessica Buerkle
Dental Assistant
Jessica has been with 3G Family Dentistry since 2010. Previously, she attended the dental assisting program at Eagle Gate College.
She is an animal lover with 3 kitties and 6 fish. She also loves traveling, hiking, reading, and horror movies. Jessica has a big heart and donates to ASPCA and helps strays in her neighborhood. Long time patients know that Jessica is efficient, dedicated, friendly, and loves getting to know all of our lovely patients.
Christina Long
Dental Assistant
Christina started working for 3G Family Dentistry in early 2019. She loves interacting with and caring for patients.
Christina was born in Florida, and before moving to Salt Lake, she and her husband spent several years in Louisiana where her four children were born. Christina loves swimming with her kids and taking naps in her hammock. She’s also a Boston Bruins hockey team fan and loves decorating too early for Christmas. She currently volunteers for the U of U hockey team.
